Workspace's intuitive User Home page displays user-specific information in one centralized location. A time-based breakdown of upcoming tasks and events across all groups guides member participation in organization activity. From all pages in Workspace, the "Take Action" menu helps users know the most immediate tasks requiring attention.


Get instant group information

In Workspace, each group gains access to a full suite of collaboration tools. The Group Home page shows the team's most recent activity, giving group participants an integrated, at-a-glance view of what's happening now. Tabs across the top of the page provide easy access to the group's document repository, ballots, action items, online email archives, and calendar.

Organize and collaborate on documents

The core of collaborative activity focuses on document revisions and edits. Workspace's document repository gives users an intuitive, organized way to access, upload, or edit documents. Online document editing creates a new document revision, ensuring maintenance of a complete version history. Documents and folders can be shared with other teams or committees on an individual or group basis.


Simplify administration and management

The Admin Panel in Workspace unites all the core elements of organization administration on one page. Manage users, groups, content and more from a simple and intuitive interface. Displays of pending and overdue tasks facilitate administration by bringing the most urgent tasks immediately to administrators' attention.

Create and vote on ballots

Workspace's online balloting tools are designed specifically to facilitate the formalized collection and tallying of votes. Voter eligibility is tied directly to each group's roster, with voting either by company or by individual. Ballots integrate directly with Comment Tracker to allow robust consensus balloting. A read-only archive is created for each ballot and can be downloaded for audit records.


Collect and manage comments

When a document is under review, many organizations solicit comments from critical stakeholders. Using the advanced commenting capabilities available in Comment Tracker, Comment Managers collect and manage stakeholders' feedback online. The Comment Manager may update each comment's status, enter a response, contact the submitter by email, and assign an owner to address the comment. Bulk management interfaces allow Comment Managers to update multiple comments at once.
