Customer backup data is never transferred to locations outside of the United States. Kavi also has an established relationship with one of the largest global providers of disaster recovery services. Should a regional disaster strike, we have procedures in place to reconstitute services in another region using infrastructure resources provided by our disaster recovery service provider.
